New marinas will be built in Nesebar and Sozopol

 

Some EUR 40m will be spent on the construction of Marina Nesebar. The developers are the Bulgarian distributor of the vessels Yachting.bg together with the biggest producer of luxurious boats, Italian company Azimut. After completion, the marina will provide spaces for more than 250 yachts. The terrestrial part will include three restaurants, bars, shops, villas and an administrative building with fitness and shipmaster's room. The Bulgarian firm also participates in a project, which includes the development of a shopping center and a marina in Sozopol. They will replace the current bus station and the parking behind it with Marina Mall Sozopol and a new port for 330 boats. Some EUR 13m will be invested in the shopping mall. The project also comprises 130 residential units and additional retail area. Both complexes should be completed in 2010.


Ce que nous traduirons par:
40 millions seront consacrés à la construction de la Marina Nessebar. Les développeurs sont le distributeur bulgare des navires Yachting.bg avec l'un des  plus grands producteur de bateaux de luxe, société italienne Azimut. Après l'achèvement, le port de plaisance va offrir des espaces de plus de 250 yachts. La partie terrestre comprend trois restaurants, des bars, des magasins, des villas et un bâtiment administratif de remise en forme et capitaine de la chambre. L'entreprise bulgare participe également à un projet, qui comprend le développement d'un shopping center et d'une marina dans Sozopol. Ils remplaceront l'actuelle gare routière et le parking situe derriere par le  Marina Mall Sozopol et un nouveau port pour 330 bateaux. Quelques  13m EUR seront investis dans la galerie marchande. Le projet comprend également 130 unités d'habitation et de commerce de détail supplémentaire. Les deux complexes devraient être achevés en 2010.
